Stephen reserved and bought a MK2.5 from us over phone from Moscow - here is his un-edited email to us after collecting the car: Dear Bill, Now I have had the car for a couple of weeks it’s time to set the record straight and thank you officially for all your hard work in supplying the car promptly and in great order.
Considering I bought the car unseen over the Internet it was great to find out that the trust I placed in you and your team was not misplaced and in fact you exceeded my expectations in every respect. The quality of the car and especially the service you provided were frankly far in excess of what I expected and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. In addition your after sales service has also been fantastic and it is a tremendous credit to you and the team how you can achieve and maintain such service levels. You could certainly teach a thing or two to companies here in Moscow where I live….
Once again many, many thanks for all your help and I wish you continuing success through the more difficult times ahead. If any company is equipped to survive and prosper in such circumstances it is Dandycars…… Please pass on my best wishes and thanks to Gary, Eren and everyone else. Very best regards, Steve
