Gent came in with an early Mk1 that was behaving a little weirdly, everything was pointing to an electrics or alternator problem. The battery and fuse box cover led us to believe something was amiss...

The battery cable had burnt out

Main fuse had got a little hot at some point

Car is in the workshop now and problem is being investigated by Richard our electrics man.
