Now I'm not a big fan of Mk1 hoods on Mk2 cars but this is the first time I've ever seen this colour combination.

One of the problems of fitting the Mk1 hood to a Mk2 frame is that the hood struts that support the hood do not have the metal flaps to hold the hood down, so it will probably baloon up a bit when on the motorway or travelling at high speed. Also the vinyl flaps hang down as there's no where to put them!

Aside from that I am knackered, have symptoms of flu and food poisoning and really should have been home about an hour and a half ago.
