As the stereos are factory fitted and moulded in with all the heater controls etc it means you have to get an aftermarket adapter if you want to fit a standard single DIN stereo or head unit in the car (which many audiophiles wish to do anyway). Otherwise you are stuck with the OEM factory unit or an unsightly dash where you've ripped half the trim out!

I have found a supplier of these adapters and am waiting on a response from them on a small run of units so we can test them out. If anyone wants an update please contact me .
