This car came in a few days ago for a new hood and had no tax or plates.
I asked the lady who brought it in whether she'd been stopped or not but she said she 'didn't have time to put them on'.  Did I mention that the rear lights were smashed as well? And the rear widow was completely opaque? I stopped looking over the car then and there!
