A nice little milestone for us here, our eBay feedback hit 500 today!

We enjoy a 99.8% positive rating which we think represents the quality and service we provide to our customers. We are have 'Powerseller' status, which means we provide telephone backup and maintain a minimum of 98% positive feedback.

(Unfortunately the only negative rating we had was from a lady who did not contact us about an issue she had, and I wasn't particularly happy about that one). It's not all bad though, as we hit 500 the little star next to our name changed colour to reflect our newly acquired status!
